Related: Fires burn across the Great Lakes
Gloucester NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) firefighters were among the 120 who gave support at the fires near Limeburners Creek and Karuah.
RFS superintendent Jim Blackmore said around 120 crew members from both Gloucester and the Great Lakes are continuing to give support for the fires.
They have also been helping out with catering and communication.
Mr Blackmore warns people to be extra cautious during this extremely dry period.
Residents should only be burning if they have been issued with a permit and are monitoring the local conditions.
He added, it was important to have a bush fire survival plan in place in case of emergencies.
