The Rock Show Oz Edition will be held tonight (Friday, February 5) from 8pm at the Manning Entertainment Centre.
Brought to you by the co-producer of The Rock Show, Rock Show More, Rock Revolution and Trilogy of Rock, the concert honours and remembers the late Aussie rock icon Jon English and playing classic Australian rock from the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
"Jon never got to actually perform this show," the show's co-producer Coralea Cameron said.
"We had to cancel the upcoming tour when he passed away, but after almost five years we're finally seeing it through in his honour."
A Mid North Blues Club Concert event (not run by the Upper Lansdowne Hall committee) is being held at the Upper Lansdowne hall this Sunday February 7 from 3pm featuring Jimi Hocking (ex-Screaming Jets) with Blues Roulette and Frank Sultana.

For those looking for a great bargain, the Wingham farmers market will be held at Wingham Showground on Saturday. The markets will run from 8am until noon.
The popular Black Head Bazaar will be held at Wylie Breckenridge Park on Sunday between 8am and noon.
While you're in the area, head over to the Hallidays Point Shopping Centre for the Hallidays Point Car Boot Sale.
Hosted by Hallidays Point Lions Club, it will run from 7am to noon.
