Wingham won the toss and headed to crease but were soon in trouble when opener Dennis Smith fell for a four ball duck.
The rest of the top order soon steadied the ship and off the back of a solid knock from Ryan McDermott and 60 runs from Ben Cole, the home side posted 225 runs after 40 overs.
Prolific scorer Nathan Lyon fell for 18 early in Wauchope's reply before the middle order was decimated by Michael Rees, David Rees, Steve Allwood and Brendan Labutis-Mays.
Wauchope was eventually dismissed for 108.
Meanwhile, a half century to Noel Matheson helped guide Bulahdelah to a seven wicket win over Taree United in the return clash of the third grade competition.
Great Lakes Green got a confidence boost against Taree West Strikers at Tuncurry. Great Lakes won the toss and batted first, posting 7/186 after 40 overs.
That's when the bowling attack took over and dismissed the Strikers for 47 in the reply.
Allan May had the best return with 4/14.
It was also a bowlers day at Forster when Great Lakes Gold chased down just 55 runs to defeat Pacific Palms.
While Gold bowled out Palms in the 25th over, they lost five wickets on their way to victory.
In other results, OB Harrington rolled Wingham and Old Bar defeated Taree West Heat.
