Phill got away to a great start and led 24-9 on the 18th end of the 32 end encounter. Mark then got his game in order and worried Phill when the score became 26-25 in Phill's favour and he then closed the game off to take the title for 2020.
Wednesday morning social
Dally Hammond, who got good bowls from George Sinclair and Tim Richardson as 'swinging' lead, got the money for the day with a +6 by defeating Jim Gillogly and Colin Hinton.
Greg Bartlett, Andy Sloboda (our new club president) and Luke Canstantina had a shot win over Justin Costa, Roger Else and Rod Jenkins.
