Wingham Rotary Club held their annual changeover night at Wingham Services Club on July 7, with John Wooldridge handing over the presidency to Allan Brown.

Jillian Oliver was accepted into the club as an honorary member because of her work with Art and Soul, an art group for returned servicemen and emergency services personnel with PTSD. Jillian runs the classes in conjunction with artist and Rotary member, Ron Hindmarsh.
Jillian was named Citizen of the Year at the 2017 Wingham Rotary Club Australia Day Awards.
"Jillian has been involved with the club now for about three years," Ron said.
"It's from her contribution to the Art and Soul and her interest in Rotary and the community that we offered to her the honorary membership."
