These will start at Old Bar on January 20 followed by Forster-Tuncurry on January 21 and Nabiac on January 22. This is a follow-up to the junior program started last year.
The come and try days will be open to children aged 6 to 14.
Nabiac will again be the venue for a junior competition and this will run from February 14 to April 3 at Nabiac. This will be for under sixes to 14s.
"After three weeks of training we will be run a competition for under 10s, 12s and 14s,'' Lower North Coast Junior Rugby chairman Aaron Dodds said.
There will also be input from the six Lower North Coast clubs.
Mr Dodds said more than 70 kids were introduced to rugby earlier this year.
"Solid foundations have been laid. Now it's time to help rebuild a strong rugby community,'' he added.
