The day is a fundraiser for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, and is organised by Rachel Griffith, who in the past had need of the rescue chopper, as did her husband Chris, before she met him.
The first game is a shotgun start and will run from 8am to 11am, with a second game kicking off at 1pm to end at 4pm. Both games will be a nine hole four-person ambrose.
While the adults are playing there will be unlimited kids entertainment from 10am to 2pm with the PCYC Kindagym, a jumping castle, $1 face painting, pony rides, kids' putt putt, an egg and spoon race, and three-legged and sack races.
Special guest appearances will be made from the Taree Rescue Squad, Manning Great Lakes Police and Wingham Fire and Rescue.
Live music will provided by Mid North Coast band KersoSene Kate.
Food and drink will be available with a cake stall and an all day barbecue.
Cost is $15 per player, and children $10 each. A raffle will also be drawn at 12pm.
