The cast includes Lyn Moore as Miss Marple, Chris Alcock as Inspector Craddock, Kylie Cleaver as Letitia Blacklock, Barbara Singh as Mitzi, Lauren Green as Dora Bunner, Patricia Wolfenden as Clara Swettenham, Paul Eade as Edmund Swettenham, Maitrix Sumpner-Johnston as Julia Simmons, Kris Duggan as Patrick Simmons, Corrie O'Brien as Phillipa Haymes and Adam Duffy as Sergeant Mellors/Rudi Scherz.
The action takes place in the drawing room in an early Victorian house, 'Little Paddock', in the village of Chipping Cleghorn. An announcement in the local paper states the time and place when a murder is to occur in Miss Blacklock's house. The victim is not one of the house's several occupants, but an unexpected and unknown visitor.
The director is Paul Addison, who has directed numerous shows for Taree Arts Council, including South Pacific, The Sound of Music and The Hollow.
