The former Blaxland High student won a gold medal in the final of the women's K1 (single kayak) on August 7, three seconds ahead of Brazil's Ana Satila in second and Slovakia's Eva Tercelj in third.
Then on August 8, she hung on to take the C1 (single canoe) gold medal as well, posting a time 0.04 seconds quicker than Great Britain's Kimberley Woods in second place and Czech Tereza Fiserova in third.
"It wasn't perfect, and it was a fight to the finish. My goal is always to put down my best runs, not win the overall world cup, that's a bonus of doing consistent races," Fox said after the C1 final.
"It wasn't the perfect season like last year, but I've learned so much from every race that I've done. The competition in the C1 category is getting better and better, the girls are hungry and improving a lot, it makes me really proud to be in this category."
It is her fifth overall world cup title in the women's C1, the boat class which will premiere on the Olympic program at the Tokyo 2020 Games.
The K1 win marked the 25-year-old's second consecutive overall world cup win in the class she won Olympic silver and bronze in. The Olympian heads to Spain now, determined to defend the world championship C1 and K1 titles.
Fox's sister Noemie also made it through to her first C1 final of the season in Prague, but picked up four gate touches to finish eighth overall.
