A group of mates from Taree on tour north came across a name they know in Noosa's popular main street.

Hastings Street restaurant and bar, Miss Moneypenny's advertises its menu on the street and reading through the menu, Tony Gates and his mates came across Manning Valley Beef. For those interested, the Manning Valley fillet of beef was a marrow crusted beef croquette served with onion, parsley and grenache jus.

Earlier this year Hastings Street was named as the "country's best main street" by realestate.com.au

However, Tony and his mates did not sample the beef during their visit to Noosa.

They were on a "boys trip" north where the focus was more on the pub scene.

Footnote:

Miss Moneypenny's at Noosa was voted the best international bar and restaurant 2019 in Luxe Life magazine and listed in the Best 50 Global Finds by the Sun Herald.
