The first week will be an introductory day/skills training with matches to get underway the following weekend. It is hoped representatives from the Canterbury Bulldogs coaching staff will attend the introductory day at Wauchope.
This was determined this week at a meeting of a sub committee formed to run women's league in the area.
The nines round robin will run for six weeks, depending on the number of sides involved. At this stage it is planned to conduct the last round on November 23.
No finals will be played, Group Three Rugby League chief executive Mal Drury said.
"We're hoping to play all the games at a different venue each week,'' Mr Drury added.
"But this will depend on the number of teams we get and where they are from along with the availability of grounds and referees.''
Team nominations close on September 4. For further details contact Belinda Anderson on 0403 532 544 or Mal Drury on 0427 643 280.
