Ron Hindmarsh comes to our year six class every second week and teaches us about perspective and proportion. He inspires us with his beautiful art work He is a great teacher and he has taught us lots about drawing like perspective and proportion.

We recycle a lot at our school. We recycle our soft plastics, put our drink containers into a special crate and we use our fruit scraps to feed the worms and to make compost. We have cut down a lot on the amount of rubbish we produce.

Last Friday our school athletics team travelled to Tuncurry for the Regional Athletics Carnival. Our students were fantastic and represented our school with pride. Congratulations to Celeste McDermott, Georgia Hartley, Nicholas Pereira, Rory Byrne and Jose McDermott who have been successful in gaining selection in the Manning Region Team and will now compete in Newcastle in August.
