The character-filled Wingham Showgrounds will once again come to life with a mix of dedicated exhibitors and events committed to high standards.
"The 2019 Wingham Annual Show will be a fun-filled family event," said show president Ian Murray.
"Get ready for two days full of fun for all the family, with entertainment, rides, fireworks, demo derby, sideshow alley, traditional agricultural displays, dog show, beef cattle, show jumping and ring events, stalls, lots of yummy food, plus so much more.
"A major highlight on Saturday March 30 will be the Beef Cattle RAS/ASC Group 2 Junior Judging Qualifying Final for the 2019 Royal Sydney Easter Show. This will commence at 8.30am; the program of events includes:
- Junior Judging 8.30am
- Stud Cattle (Ring 1) Led Steer/Heifer (Ring 2) approximately 9.00 am
- Junior Judging Orals
- Junior Parading."
Ian said if you wanted to enter an event or submit an item into the Wingham Show, then you will need to get a copy of the show schedule. You can download your schedule from the Wingham Show Society website on www.winghamshowsociety.com.au.
This year's show will run from Saturday March 30 from 8am and Sunday March 31 from 8am. Admission prices are adults $15 ($25 for both days), pensioner $10 ($15 for both days), 12 years to 17 years $10 ($15 for both days), 5 years to 11 years $5 ($8 for both days) under 5 years are free.
