The High Tea will cater for up to 90 people with delicious treats such as hot sausage rolls and mini quiches, delicate sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, and decadent cakes and slices.
Only the best fine china will be used and tables will be adorned with heritage linens.
There will be a lucky door prize to be won, and a raffle with three quality prizes will be conducted.
Half of the ticket sales plus all raffle proceeds will be donated to the charity. Entertainment on the day will be provided by Wingsong Community Choir.
