With the Wingham under 16’s having the bye, attention last Saturday was focused on the 12’s who lost the toss and bowled first against Tinonee.

Tinonee made the most of some early chances before Charlie Pereira came onto bowl and jagged the break through Wingham were looking for.
From there Wingham took regular wickets, with almost every bowler bagging at least one.
Mitch Dawson delivered the last wicket with his first ball and Tinonee were all-out for 104.
The run chase started well with Maddi Fitzgerald smashing the first ball for four.
Kaden Lane retired after 35 balls with Drew Gosper and Ryan Hughes then putting together a match winning partnership.
All that was left was for Jackson Barry (17n/o) and Lachlan Dawson (13n/o) to hit the winning runs. Wingham 3-110.

Under 10’s Sixers
A sparkling Forster morning greeted the Sixers, with Wingham winning the toss and electing to bat first.
Angus Abbott found the only boundary of the match off the second ball he faced, helping Wingham to a steady start. The usually attacking Lincoln Smith (10) played a measured innings, helping build the foundations for a solid total.
Kobi Lucas, accumulated a busy six, before Ned Crawford (11) and Arabella Roohan (12) accelerated the Wingham innings with some excellent running. Wingham closed their 20 overs with a competitive 2/131.
Great Lakes (Jacks Moving) lost early wickets with Hunter Lucas (2/17, three overs) bowling two of the batters out in his first three deliveries. Crawford took a sharp catch as wicket-keeper off Roohan (1/9, three overs) and the Great Lakes innings was unable to build any momentum.
Anwar Ali (1/12, three overs) and Lincoln Smith (1/13, three overs) also chipped in with a wicket a piece.
Ali and Kobi Lucas snared two run outs each as the Great Lakes batters searched for runs against the tight Wingham bowling. Great Lakes closed their 20 overs with 10/92 on the scoreboard.

Under 10’s Thunder
The Thunder made it three wins in a row since the New Year break with a comfortable 59 run victory against Lower Manning United.
Shawn Griffin (28) led the Thunder to 4/152 from their allotted 20 overs. Gus Loretan chimed in with 15 with Blake Wilson (10), and Jaeda Gallagher (8) also making valuable contributions.
Jakiah Gallagher (1/3), Gus Loretan (1/16) and Shawn Griffin (1/2) all took a wicket each, with Rylie Murray also taking a good catch. Lower Manning United closed their 20 overs at 6/93.
The Thunder appear well entrenched in first place with five rounds to go. Next week they travel to Tuncurry to take on Great Lakes (Professionals Real Estate).
