Santa’s sleigh was a first for the event which was attended by about 50 people and children.
It was a great evening, Santa handed out sweets to the children and there was a barbecue.
The next big event for the Wherrol Flat community is the New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Celebrations start at 6.30pm with a barbecue dinner and include prizes and raffles, supper, tea and coffee.
The band Dogs N Bones will provide some rock, R and B, some tunes for the littlies and requests.
The giant raffle will be drawn on the night.
