An afternoon and evening of casual tennis and barbecue raised $801.70 which was donated to the CWA of NSW Drought Aid.
The event gave tennis coach Shane Ludeke a chance to demonstrate his new ball machine.
“It was a great success, with lots of people participating, and all six courts fully used for several hours,” club member Peter Rourke said.
Wingham Tennis Club is starting a new mixed competition next term. For more information call Peter on 0427 570 133.
