Man to face Taree Court on refused breath analysis charge
A 38-year-old man from Wallerawang in Central West NSW will face Taree Local Court next month charged with refusing a breath analysis.

The driver of a four wheel drive was stopped by officers attached to Manning Great Lakes Police District on Farquhar Street, Wingham at 2.35am on Sunday, September 9.
The man then failed a road side breath test, was arrested and transported to Taree Police Station
At the station, he refused a breath analysis test.
He was then charged with failing to submit to a breath analysis. His licence was immediately suspended.
