On Tuesday May 15 the ladies played their first round of their championships and play was for the Jill Hampton Trophy. The winner was Pat Marcus with 70 net, Division 1 gross winner Katrina Greenaway 85, net Beth Braham 74, Division 2 gross Jan Ditton 104, net Narelle Smith 77c/b, r/up Cheryl Andrews 77c/b, Division 3 gross Sharon Juozaitis 120c/b, net Jean Sayers 84. The NTP winners on the third Janice Surtees, Bev Bisby, and on the sevent Katrina Greenaway Bev Bisby Connie Gates. Ball winners were J. Surtees, D. Polley, T. Eacott, P. Whiteley, N. Nelson, J. Hampton, K. Lane, K. Knapp, B. Bisby.
On Wednesday May 16 the vets played the final round of their championships. Rod brown is the champion with 228 gross. Other winners on the day were Terry Morris 66 net, Trevor Jones 69, Geoff Swaffield 70. The NTP winners on the 3rd /12th Brian Roberts, on the 7th/16th Cliff Sayers. There were 48 starters.
On Thursday May 17 there were 48 starters in the LJ Hooker chook run. Winners were Connie Gates 25, Richard Clark 23, Graham Troth 21, Trevor Jones, 21, Ian Scarr 21, Nev Blanch 20, Rex White 20, Paul Muir 19c/b. NTP winners were Dick Thompson on the third and Pat Whiteley on the seventh.
On Fri day May 18 the ladies played a stableford event. The winner was Jill Hampton 22, r/up Pat Marcus 19, ball winners B. Bisby, P. Whiteley, Anne O'Neill. Connie gates was the winner of the nearest the pin.
On Saturday May 19 the second rou8nd of the Countrywide Business Solutions championships was played, and the Laurie Adamson Trophy was also played for. The winner was Cam Potts with a round that was considerably better than his first round, with a 68 net. A Grade Tony McMasters 70, r/up Adam Beattie 71. B Grade Craig Harrison 70, r/up Peter Bell 71. C Grade Don Gutterson 70, r/up David Blair 72. Reid Brown eagled the eight and the NTP winners on the 1st/10th winning the Wingham Plaza Butchers Voucher Mark Blanch, 3rd/12th Manning Natural Healing Alex Kees, 4th/13th Brock Hynes won the Pottsy voucher, 7th/16th Bayview Seafoods Adam Beattie, and on the 9th/18th Bent on Food Reid Brown.
