This week saw Max Purnell shoot a personal best score of 187/200 in the open sights division. It was a brilliant shoot, interspersed with a couple of off shots, which was a bittersweet result for Max. Purnell is working hard on technique and improving his performance and consistency which will see him challenging the leaders in the competition in the near future.

Duncan Robinson has consolidated a huge lead in the Scope division in the closing stages of the championship.
Meanwhile, a battle royal is playing out between Brian Mavin and Shayne Russell for second and third placing’s in the open sights competition. Russell has top scored in this division for the past two weeks. Rhonda Cassar continues to improve and posted an impressive score of 182 this week.
