Voting will be open from 10am to 1pm on the day at both clubs.
In addition to voting on amalgamation, they will also be given the opportunity to vote on the Memorandum of Understanding should the clubs amalgamate, and what the surface of the green should be, should the Bowling Club relocate to Wingham Golf Club.
Three adjudicators will be on site at both clubs to count the votes.
After the votes are counted, and if they result is the clubs are to amalgamate, members will then have to vote at a later date whether to sell the current Wingham Bowling Club land and premises to MidCoast Council, if council secure a grant for the relocation of Wingham Memorial Swimming Pool and Cedar Party Creek Bridge.
“Amalgamation has to happen for the Bowling Club to sell the current site to council,” Wingham Golf Club president, Greg Foy said.
