This will be the first time these sessions have been held in Taree.
The sessions will be held on Tuesday, October 17, Thursday, November 2 and Tuesday, November 28.
Northern NSW development manager Matt Crawley said the response to the sessions in the region has been overwhelming.
"Every time we've run a session we've had new ladies come and join in and we get new people contact us regularly so these sessions will give more women and girls the chance to try the sport,” he said.
“We're also branching out into new areas in Kempsey and Taree so this will make the sport much more accessible to people in those areas."
The sessions are run by female development staff and are non-contact.
They are open for any female aged 13 and up.
No previous experience is required.
Plans are in place to begin a North Coast women’s competition in 2018.
