Lock Matt Bartlett will be the only absentee because of work commitments. Hooker Tyne Owen, halfback Mitch Steel, prop Ben Welsh and centre Tim Bridge should all be available for selection. Coach Stu Baker assured that Bartlett will be right for the opening week of the semi-finals. Bartlett has also been troubled by a leg injury.
Baker is expected to start Owen and Steel off the bench.
"They've both been out a while so I'll probably ease them back in,'' Baker said.
"I wish there was a couple more weeks to go in the comp so they could get more game time but we'll just have to work with what we've got.''
A win will secure the Tigers fourth place and a home semi-final. A loss will result in them dropping to fifth.
"We want a home semi - it'll be good for the club and we'll get a big crowd there,'' Baker said.
The Breakers beat Wingham in the first round clash at Wingham. That was Port's first victory of the season and the loss has come back to haunt the Tigers, as it has cost them a chance of gaining a top three berth.
While the Breakers won't be playing semi-finals Baker isn't expecting a walkover if they turn up to play.
"Hopefully they'll be more worried about their Mad Monday,'' Baker said.
