There were lots of prizes and gifts won by all.
Shame the weather wasn't that hot for our men at Crescent Head but they did get a ball each for finishing and the next day (ladies day) it was just BEAUTIFUL!!! Ha.
Our newbies uncle Trev and aunty Vicki were a real treat, cheers to you both.
Jo Stinson had a great prize hooray.
Port Macquarie was the next stop for the seaside classic, myself and Anne O’Neill love to go to this event every year, for a smashing usually.
This year I actually came out near the top, runner-up overall.
So exciting!
Hooray to me, thank you very much.
Next we had a run at Wauchope for the annual CNC tournament.
The weather was fantastic all three days.
Our best lady this time was Anne O’Neill, it was great to see Anne play so well - she is always a joy and loves her golf.
There were lots of ladies from afar, travellers from Armidale, Uralla, Maitland, Coffs Harbour and all our local clubs in-between.
Great golf to play and stories to tell.
The coldest temp at Uralla so far -12 degrees.
Wow.
I said I would visit but maybe in summer.
Back home today with the Wingham Headlines monthly medal number six.
Thanks again to Jo and Fiona for all their support.
The winner with a sensational birdie, birdie gobbler score of 68 net, was Sharon Juozaitis - the new putting gun of Wingham.
What a treat, well played and assisted by Wendy Jones.
No putting princess today for Shaz.
We had lots of other winners so well done to all.
Next week we have assef bowl at Forster on Monday and on Tuesday a two person stableford.
Come one come all.
Great to be back
Cheers Denise.
