The sounds of popular music of the night, life, love, nature and music itself will resound in the Killabakh Hall from 2pm this Saturday July 19, and at Harrington Community Church on Sunday July 20 at 2pm.
A superb compilation of beloved and entertaining songs, including the pulsating 'Rhythm of Life', the melancholy 'Where is Love?', the tender 'Goodnight My Angel' and the emotionally charged 'You Raise Me Up' will be performed by the choir, small groups and soloists.
Conducted by Mrs Kim Billingham and accompanied by the talented Mrs Joan Saxby, MVCS also has the talents of local Bush Bard , Mr David Billingham, as Master of Ceremonies, and his tales and poetry recounts will have the audience in stitches! Audience members will also be encouraged to sing along to pieces which continue to impact memories.
An additional and impressive drawcard for the Magical Mystery Tour is the presence and performance of a real life magician! Graham Holstein from Gloucester will amaze with his 'bag of tricks', captivating you with his talent and leaving you wondering 'Just how does he do it?' Want to see Mr Mistoffelees seven kittens come out of a hat? Graham can do it!!!
A family friendly afternoon of music and magic, the MVCS show caters for families at only $20, $10 for adults, $8 concessions, and children under eight free.
A delicious afternoon tea will be available for $4 at the Killabakh venue .
