Brrrr: Reports of snow at the Barrington Tops started filtering through yesterday. The Gloucester Advocate said temperatures at the Tops were around -2 degrees and expected the snow to settle soon.
Glowalman: It was a cold day yesterday at Gloucester for competitors of the 2014 Glowalman junior rodeo. The second round of competition took place Thursday and a fun day will be held today before it all moves to Wingham for the final on Saturday. Two teenagers from WA are taking part in an exchange program and have been competing this week.
Auditions: Auditions for the upcoming Taree Arts Council production, Secret Bridesmaids' Business, will be held on Monday, August 4. Director Bruce Wiseman is seeking a cast of five females and one male, plus one other role where the gender and age will be decided at the audition.
