The derby is a crowd puller at the annual Back to Mt George Festival, which will be held this year on Saturday, August 26.
The race starts at 12.30pm, with registration beginning at 9am.
Entry fee is $5, and trophies and prize money for adult and junior divisions are up for grabs.
