The event is designed to spread awareness for the organisation as well as raise much needed funds.
Proceedings will kick off at Bunnings Warehouse Taree on Saturday, May 27.
Show cars will be on display at the complex from 10am before the Poker Run event begins.
A poker card will be given to competitors at 11.30am, for a 12pm start.
Directions to collect the remaining cards will be given out on the day along with game cards, quizzing about various sites that will be passed on the way.
Entry costs is $10 or free if a vehicle has pre-entered into the motor show.
The motor show will take place on Sunday, May 28 at Jack Neal Oval, Taree.
The show is open to vehicles such as hot rods, street machines, muscle cars, lowriders, cruisers, exotics, trucks, utes, vans, drag machines and motorcycles of all makes and models.
A vintage pin up competition will be held in conjunction with the event, where Miss Weekend on Wheels Vintage Pin Up 2017 will be crowned.
Cranky Duck and The Trapps will provide live music for the event.
Emergency services displays will also be on show.
General admission is $3 per person or $6 for a family.
