Tartan and bagpipes will dominate the landscape of Wingham from June 1-4 for the 13th Annual Bonnie Wingham Scottish Festival.
From humble beginnings Bonnie Wingham has grown into one of Australia’s premier Scottish themed events with clan members and enthusiastic Scots coming from all corners of the globe to attend.
Central Park will be a hive of activity on Highland Games Day with a wonderful family friendly atmosphere and visitors can enjoy exploring the Scottish themed market and clan stalls.
For the hungry visitor there will be plenty to eat with food stalls supplying all kinds of fare but most especially Shortbread.

Once again there will be Highland dancing and medieval fighting displays and visitors can take the opportunity to get involved in the tug-o-war, caber toss and even a children’s kilted dash!
The 13th Bonnie Wingham Scottish Festival street parade will start in Bent Street on Saturday June 3 from 9.30am with the opening ceremony and Highland Games from 10am in Central Park.
The popular Scottish themed dog show will also return this year.
