After 51 years Tocal College is pleased to introduce only our third Registrar and Business Manager, Sandra Ognibene, who takes over from long-serving staff member Wayne Courtney.

Principal Darren Bayley said he is pleased to welcome Sandra to the team. “Sandra comes to us with excellent skills and experience in team and financial management” he said.
“Sandra has worked with a range of organisations in both the not-for-profit and private sector. She has also worked in the charity sector as the NSW and ACT Manager of the Starlight Children's Foundation. Sandra has previously held roles as General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Accountant”.
Sandra is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Newcastle. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr Bayley is also pleased to announce local Paterson resident, Julie White as the new Manager of adult education programs at Tocal College.
“Julie has already made an extensive contribution to Tocal College through her leadership of the national eXtension Aus in crop nutrition project funded by the Grains Research and Development Corporation, and leading the College's online learning, publications, website and social media work” he said.
Principal Bayley noted that “Julie has demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills, and has overseen the rapid expansion of online learning and educational and industry resources for NSW Department of Primary Industries”.
Tocal looks forward to Julie and Sandra’s contribution to the College and the wider Department of Primary Industries.
