A win will see them play the top-of-the-table Port Macquarie Sharks next week, where victory would earn them a grand final berth.
If they lose, they will have to face the winner of the Forster Tuncurry Hawks and Taree City Bulls match.
Coach Digby Murray is looking forward to a dominant display from his forwards.
Murray had nothing but praise for Wingham.
“Wingham were the high flyers early. They were undefeated for a long time and were leading the comp for a while,” he said.
“With injuries and what not we beat them twice so we got them at the right time both times we clashed.
“We’ve had our own horrendous run of injuries ourselves, but this weekend we get a chance to field one of the strongest sides we have so far this season.”
Dan Dumas has missed a lot of the year through injury, but is keen to pull on the boots for second time in three months.

“I’m expecting our guys to stick to the game plan. Our forwards need to match their forwards, because that’s where they shine,” Murray said.
“We need to be able to get in and win that arm wrestle. To maintain ourselves for the full game will be our focus, because we’ve suffered some defensive lapses this year.”
A good leadership group in key roles has been a major positive for the Breakers.
Adrian Daley has led the forwards and will be one of the players Murray will be looking at to pump his team up.
“The same goes for Dan Dumas,” he said.
“Our fullback Cody Robbins and centre Clint Walker have been shining lights for us and that’s because our forwards are laying that good platform.
“It’s looking like our forward are clicking at the right time of the year.”
The game kicks off at 3pm on Sunday at the Wingham Sporting Complex.
