A BLAZE that gutted a storage shed on Taree's Queen Street prompted a huge response from a number of emergency services on Tuesday morning.

Emergency services received multiple calls shortly after 10am on February 9 about a storage shed on fire at the Taree Provisioning Centre, a rail track, structure and signal maintenance site.
The blaze prompted the attendance of a number of emergency services, including five Fire and Rescue crews assisted by three Rural Fire Service crews.
A fire-fighting operation took place over the next two hours with the fire out by 11.50am.
One truck inside the shed was destroyed by the fire, with it unclear at the time of print the extent of the damage caused to the 60m by 10m shed.
Fire and Rescue media confirmed that the fire had been contained to one bay in the shed, with nobody injured.
Fire and Rescue services set up booms to catch the run-off water from the fire as well as conducting atmospheric monitoring.
During the time of the fire police arrested a man on Robinson Street, believed to be in relation to the fire.
At the time of print police were interviewing one person in relation to the blaze.
