Wingham Museum volunteer and ex school teacher, Robyn Greenaway has designed two activity booklets to keep the little ones from as young as four amused. A careful ploy to allow mum and dad time to browse perhaps, but with clues and activities galore the small booklets are sure to be a hit.
The two editions cater for different age groups, with one for the four to seven year olds and a more age appropriate book for children aged seven plus.
As well as the booklets, there will be some hands on fun with French knitting for the children to try. Robyn is also working on some activity bags to ensure the children's earliest memories of the museum are happy ones.
For an affordable way to keep the little ones amused head to the Wingham Museum these school holidays.
The museum is open from 10am - 4pm seven days a week. Entry costs just $4 adults, $1 children or $8 a family and the price includes all activities.
