Wednesday Dad’s Army

THIS event attracted 28 players including Bob Hardy from the South Coast who annually attends our Easter Carnival and he has joined our club with the intention of joining the numbers to play in the 2016 pennants.  Another visitor, Peter Mathews played with Bob and they downed Col Hinton and Tony Baker by six shots. Winning the day were Brian Williams, George Floyd and Peter Holden with the huge margin of + 22 over Ian Furner, Guy Watts and Winston Lattimore.  Runners up, also with a big margin, were Graeme Ireland, Mick Hollebone and Ray McNeil with a + 16 against Jim Gillogly, Andrew Leung and Warren Smith.  Greg Bartlett, Mick Ward and Tim Richardson won with a + 6 against Peter Hall, Mal Cannon and Darryl Green. Peter Williams, Ben Wolters and Allan Messer finished with a + 4 over Brad Bell, Dallas Hammond and Jake Kennett.
