Immediately afterwards, the Pirates scored under the posts to lead again by 24-22.
Ten minutes from the final siren, Trent Green scored for the Tigers to lead 26-24.

Following the game at the Australian Hotel, the special jerseys were auctioned off for the nominated charities, with more than $5000 raised, including $2000 for the number one jersey worn by Robbie O'Davis, and signed by him. The former Australian player also included a corporate box seat at this years NRL Grand Final as part of the package.
