Saturday bowls
IT was another fine day for bowls with 26 taking to the Green. We had two rinks of fours with the ladies from our two's taking on the boys for match practice before heading north for the regional's - good luck girl's, not that they need it!
With one of our boys teams feeling a bit shell shocked after six ends to be down 13 nil and looking for help no names mentioned hey Col Watson???
The other team of men faired a lot better but still a hard battle was fort.
On the other rinks B Wolters and John Black def Snow Trenchard and Brian Williams 22/18.
With a triples match on the other rink was Tim Richardson, Hunter Payton and Graeme Ireland def Allan Dodd, Michael Hollebone and Col Hinton 23/18.
See you on the green
