Clayton is in town to host a special dinner at Bent on Food tomorrow (Saturday) where he will cook with such ingredients as crocodile and kangaroo. Local produce will be the order of the day including meats from Alpine Meats on Bungay Road.
Clayton is the nephew of Aunty Barbara Clarke OAM and Uncle Thomas Clarke and his father was born in Taree.
He is happy to be back in Wingham, after recently filming at Bent on Food for ABC Television series Wild Kitchen.

While in town Clayton said he would like to visit the Wingham Farmers Market and might pick up something for the dinner tomorrow. He will be cooking with head chef Simon for one night only from 6pm.
