TWO former Port Macquarie Triathlon Club members set a blistering pace in hot conditions to claim the male and female titles in the 2014 Camden Haven Triathlon at Dunbogan on Sunday.

Harry Jones from Canberra was the overall winner in a scorching 1:19 hours, while Madi Roberts from the Gold Coast posted another strong performance to cross the finish line in 1:28 hours.
About 120 individual competitors and five teams completed the 600m swim, 28km ride and 6.5km run sponsored by Enriched Health Care Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology.
Port Macquarie Triathlon Club won the club challenge, followed by Forster, the Central Coast and Newcastle.
The Camden Haven Triathlon Festival weekend kicked off with a 1km ocean swim on Saturday afternoon which was convincingly won by Port Macquarie's Sam Lewis.
Close to 100 juniors also competed in a series of junior races sponsored by the Laurieton United Services Club (LUSC).
The hotly-contested schools challenge was won by St Columba Anglican School, narrowly beating St Agnes' Primary School and Hastings and Laurieton public schools.
Port Macquarie Triathlon Club president Andrew Lister thanked competitors, local businesses and volunteer groups for helping to make the popular annual event such a success.
