ON Sunday October 12 starting at 9.30am Wingham FC (soccer) will be holding their Junior Presentation Day and celebrating 40 years of Soccer in Wingham.

Little Deb’s Ball
AT Caffrey Flat Hall on Saturday November 22 they are holding a “Little Deb’s Ball”.
Any boys or girls aged between seven years and 12 years are most welcome.
There will be free dance lessons from around mid October.

On another matter the dance held on September 13, although small in numbers was a success and they would like to thank all who attended.
Kew to Camden Haven
RECENTLY there was a Kew to Camden Haven Country Music Day.
The day was between the Hasting Music Club and Mid North Coast Country Music Club.
What a fantastic day with 22 walk up artist, amazing singers and a great crowd of support, just goes to prove country music is alive and kicking.
Funds raised from the day went to the Men’s Shed at Laurieton.
The Mid North Coast Country Music nights are held on the first and second Tuesday nights of each month at Ormsby House, Commerce Street Taree.
Starting time 6pm until 10pm.
Entry for members is $3 and non members $4, which includes a light super.
Walk up artist welcome.
Come along and enjoy some good music and meet some new friends.

Coming event
THERE will be a day of country music at the Airport Tavern Lansdowne Road Taree on Sunday September 28 with music by the Mid North Coast Country Music.
Starting time 11am until 4 pm with a $5 entry.
Tea and coffee available free.
Meals will also be available on the day.
