Fortunately they finished before the coach load of 54 visitors arrived from South West Rocks Seniors Co-operative for a visit to the museum.
Those that went through the museum were most impressed and all too soon they had to move on to Wingham where they were due to enjoy lunch at the local Wingham Services Club.
Members had enough time to have their lunch and then the second group of visitors, this time from Club Forster Travel Club, arrived.
The travellers had enjoyed a visit earlier in their journey to Bootawa Storage Dam and had a tour through that establishment before returning to Tinonee to have morning tea/lunch at Tinonee Oval.
After the Club Forster Travellers left the museum they headed around the corner to have a look at Russell Saunders’s ‘Deep Water Shark Gallery’ and enjoy the music of Russell on his didgeridoo.
Historical Society Members are reminded that the monthly meeting for August will be held this Thursday evening commencing at 7pm at the museum when all are most welcome to come along.

MANY locals are fighting the dreaded flu virus at the moment and to those that are, hope you are soon well again, they say rest is one of the best treatments.
Let’s hope the light rain we have been receiving of late will clear the air of all the germs and bugs that seem to hang about during winter.
Thoughts and prayers go out to Mondrook local John Gluyas who has had a spell in hospital following surgery but is now back home with wife Wendy, whom I sure will be giving him lots of TLC.
