The four core values were introduced in 2002 by principal of the time, Dave Elliott.
Respect, Trust, Fairness and Possitivity have served the school well ever since.
Though the core values were reviewed and re-vamped a few years after being introduced, for the past six years there have been no changes.
Run by the SRC, the workshops were held for students in each year with the emphasis on making the task fun.
The students thought up ideas of what they would like in the matrix of the core values - and according to deputy principal Kim Dixon the exercises really got the students thinking.
At the end of the workshops many of the students agreed the most relevant core value in terms of their lives is positivity.
