The event-proper will be underway from 9.30 on Saturday after practice on Friday. Racing will also start at 9.30 on Sunday.
A total of 42 races will be conducted over the two days.
This is the second successive year the event has been held on the Manning.
Sunday will also be a big day for the members of the Group Three Rugby League representative side. They'll play an 'opposed' game against the NSW State of Origin side at Coffs Harbour from 9am on Sunday.
Meanwhile all Group Three games will be played on Saturday. Unbeaten Macleay will clash with third placed Wingham at Wingham in the match of the day. Wauchope host Old Bar, Taree City will be at home to Port Macquarie and Forster-Tuncurry travel to Port Macquarie to tackle Port City in other matches.
There'll also be a mini league gala day at Wingham on Sunday for the under sixes to nine grades. Players from Forster-Tuncurry to Port Macquarie will be involved.
Two sides desperate for points clash in Football Mid North Coast Premier League action. Old Bar are currently in equal last place and meet premiers and eighth placed Macleay Valley, at Old Bar. The teams will also be playing for the Coastline Union Credit Cup.
Other games will see Taree and Camden Haven meet at Taree, Wingham at home to Port United, Wallis Lake tackle Port Saints while Kempsey Saints meets Port FC.
In Lower North Coast Rugby Union on Saturday Wallamba and Forster-Tuncurry clash at Nabiac while Old Bar make the trip to Gloucester. Co-competition leaders Manning Ratz take on Myall Coast at Tea Gardens.
Taree-Wingham Race Club will conduct a seven race TAB card on Monday.
The final round of Wingham Golf Club's championships will be played on Saturday. The top four players from each grade will be seeded and will hit off around noon.
Overseas and Taree's Alex Cudlin has the opportunity to clinch his fourth Qatar Superbike championship in the penultimate round to be conducted at Losail this weekend.
Cudlin currently leads the title race by 46 points.
