An unveiling of the Historic Marker by Di Morrissey will be held at 4.30pm at the Wingham Museum with a cocktail party and photographic exhibition to follow at 5.30pm at the Wingham Wellness centre.
Tickets limited and cost $15 per person available from the Wingham Museum

One hundred years of Fashion “A Glimpse into the Past”
Afternoon tea, displays of fashion accessories and Crafts of the past demonstrated by Wingham Embroidery group will be available at the conclusion of the parade.

The Manning Valley Historical Society is once again proud to present the Annual Bonnie Wingham Scottish Festival.
Commemorating the 700th Anniversary of Robert the Bruce's Victory over the English at the Battle of Bannockburn (June 1314).
2014 Festival Program includes:
Thursday
Cooking Junior Shortbread School
Friday
Poets breakfast, bus tour, golf and social bowls, Mayoral reception.
Saturday
Market and clan stalls, street parade, opening ceremony, Highland games, pipe bands, dancing, cocktail party and grand Scottish ball.
- 9am market and clan stalls open (Central Park, Wingham)
- 9.30am Street Parade (Isabella Street)
- 10am Opening ceremony
- 3.30pm Closing ceremony, including massed pipes and drums
Sunday
Lay led thanksgiving service and blessing of the banners, barbecue breakfast, lunch and concert.
Some events require the purchase of tickets for entry.
