Open Day: The 2014 Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) Fire Station Open Day will take place on Saturday, May 17. Fire Stations across the State will be open from 10am to 2pm and families will be encouraged to visit their local firefighters and learn more about fire prevention.
Farewell: Pam Muxlow has reported on the farewell luncheon held at Caddies Restaurant on Saturday May 3 for retiring Rev Barry Prinable and his wife Ashley. Nearly 90 church family members and folk from the Wingham community were in attendance.
Presentation: The Wingham Junior Cricket presentation evening will be held this Friday, May 9 at Wingham Services Club at 6pm for 6.30pm start.
Mural: The repainting of the damaged mural at the entrance to the Wingham Plaza is now complete. Artist Jenny Hooper has spent a number of months working on the wall.
