Wingham will be strongly represented on Sunday in the Australian Ironman Triathlon at Port Macquarie. Among the 1500 starters will be Matt Watson, Michael Farrow and Gerry Ryan. Mat Worth, a former Wingham boy who now lives at Diamond Beach, will also compete.
