AS this event was our second last game of the year, we played social bowls of pairs and triples.

S Wolters, L Cross (9) defeated M Hollebone, L Gilford (6)

In the triples game, D Lewis, N Fotheringham, F Wallace (8) defeated J Pedron, T Rushworth, M Hinton (7)

Winners: with largest winning margin: R Gillogly, D Polley with a win +five.

I FEEL the year has galloped away on us and tomorrow we celebrate at our Christmas party. 

Timetable: Start 8.30am, mufti dress in your Christmas attire, the more colour the better. It's your day to have fun, game of bowls, Dutch auction and a beautiful lunch.

o 9am Morning tea

o 9.30am Bowls

o 11.45am Finish bowls to start Dutch auction

o 12.30 Lunch

o The yearly prize presentation

Reminder for items for our Dutch auction and a small wrapped present to the value of $10. It means everyone receives a present at our Christmas party, ladies and gents.

Special mention

BOWLS resumes on Thursday, January 9, 2014 and club pairs will be "drawn and closed" on this day. So get your team together for this event.
