VISITORS and residents to the Manning Valley who are planning their long weekend activities should be aware that the Crowdy Bay National Park has been closed due to fires in the area.
The Rural Fire Service NSW is reporting that all campgrounds and access to the park has been closed today, with campers relocated.
All enquiries about current bushfires and conditions should be directed to the RFS via their website atwww.rfs.nsw.gov.au, or by calling the RFS on 1800 NSW RFS (1800 679 737). Up-to-date RFS information is also available by installing the “Fires Near Me NSW” app on mobile devices.
The MyRoadsInfo website at midnorthcoast.myroadinfo.com.au reports local road closures and road conditions, including those within and adjacent to the Crowdy Bay National Park.
