WINGHAM Beef Exports’ grass fed beef will be the name on everyone’s lips at this year’s Sydney Royal Easter Show with the ‘Manning Valley...Naturally’ branded meat to be served at its food stalls.
More than 3000 kilograms of beef will transported and consumed at the show and served in steak sandwiches and other dishes, offering an opportunity for thousands of people to taste test the award winning product.
The premium grass fed beef received gold at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards last year so was extended an exclusive invite to supply beef at the show.
Wingham Beef Exports won gold medals at the Sydney Royal fine food and Melbourne Royal and silver at Queensland Royal fine food in the grass fed beef category, securing its position as one of the highest quality beef producers in the country.
Wingham Beef intends to enter its beef in competition this year to pursue the gold again.
