Wingham A-grade cricket team scored a seven-wicket victory over Forster at Cedar Party Reserve on Saturday.
Forster elected to bat first and posted 120, thanks mainly to 58 from captain Paul Swan.
Mitch Clarke (20) and Brett Piggins (12) were the only others to reach double figures.
Mick Stinson claimed the best figures of the Wingham bowlers with 3/9 ahead of Trevor Bailey 2/18 and Ross McRobert, who showed promising signs as a leg spinner, with 2/27.
Wingham lost Brad Schubert and Michael Rees, both for ducks, before Brad Staff and Ben Cole added 98 for the third wicket.
Cole struck five fours and a six before falling on 47.
Staff remained unbeaten on 56 with his last scoring stroke, a six, bringing up a second batting bonus point for the home team. Stinson was 13 not out, Wingham 3/125.
Wingham tackle Cundletown next at Cedar Party Reserve in a two day match.
